Grain absorb rate | The rate of wort absorbed by grain. The values vary from grain to grain, system to system. 0.125 gallon/lb or 1.042 liter/kg is a reasonable value. |
Hop absorb rate | The rate of wort absorbed by hop. Hop absorption might be accounted in BK Dead Space. Set it to zero(0) in this case. Otherwise, 0.5584 gal/lb or 4.66 L/kg is the value to try. |
